Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Stratos Lead Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become due immediately
• Access to our services will be discontinued
• Confidential information must be returned or destroyed

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stratos Lead Consulting operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
